1. Cancellations

• Orders (puja bookings, yantras, or other products) can be cancelled anytime before dispatch/delivery.

• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via info@matrisakti.com or +91 9907519476.

2. Refunds

• If you cancel before delivery, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

• If the product/service has already been delivered/dispatched, refunds are not applicable.

3. Returns

• Since our products (Yantras, prasads, puja services) are sacred, personalized, and consecrated, we do not accept returns once delivered.

• This is to maintain the sanctity and purity of each blessed item.

4. Exceptions

Refunds/cancellations may not apply if:

• Incorrect contact/address details were provided by the customer.

• The customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.

• Delay or issue occurs due to natural calamities, courier delays, or events beyond our control.
